Feeling sorry for yourself is one of the lowest forms of respect you can have for yourself. It shows you don’t think highly of yourself at all and you lack in self-esteem. You have the power to get out of whatever it is you are in. You have been given the mental strength and love to go where you want to go and be who you want to be in your life.
It is sickening to see and hear people cry about their problems but then do nothing about it. Or worse, tell their friends and family an altered story to get sympathy. Most of the time, they are where they are because deep down inside they love the drama.
Get over it, reach out, and fight like a warrior. Look at what got you there and change paths, rules, and the people you associate with.
